Ms. Tasneem Kapasi gave a brief overview on CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountant) qualification. Established in the year 1919, it is a globally recognized qualification for careers in Business and Finance. CIMA is the world’s largest professional body of Management Accountants with more than 2,18,000 members working in 177 countries. CIMA qualification prepares a student for a rewarding career in finance departments, audit firms, industries, banks, revenue and taxation start-ups, management organizations to name a few. CIMA certificate in business accounting is the entry-level qualification and is one of the popular courses with worldwide recognition. Ms. Kapasi also explained the structure of exams and related criteria. The session was very interactive and informative.
