ONLINE ORIENTATION PROGRAMME
Online Orientation Programme was scheduled on 2nd August, 2021 on the virtual Cisco Webex Platform. More than 500 students and parents joined the programme. The students were made aware about various academic and co-curricular activities and achievements through an Audio Video presentation. They were also given information regarding syllabus and evaluation system. CA Bishan Shah, Chairperson of the Ahmedabad branch of WIRC of ICAI motivated students to pursue higher studies and to make a bright career. He emphasised on the significance of commerce in our day-to-day life. He shared the experience of his academic journey and gave the success mantra to our students. He advised the students to choose the career on the basis of their strengths and weaknesses and not because someone else has asked them to pursue it. He asked the students to Chase skills not degrees. He also said that students should choose specializations wisely. He asked the students to keep themselves updated about the trends in the industry. He concluded the session by explaining students their responsibility towards the society as an educated person.
