The CWDC Committee was founded with the basic purpose to protect women in the college from any kind of sexual harassment. The Collegiate Women’s Development Cell is linked to the Women’s Development Cell at GLS University campus. Along with the protection of the girls, the college also makes conscious attempts by conducting seminars and workshops for the girls to make them self-reliant, confident which would eventually lead to overall development. It organizes the following activities to sensitize the students regarding gender related issues.

• ‘PCOS Awareness and Education Program for Girls’ in association with The Federation of Obstetric & Gynaecological Societies of India, Mumbai
• A seminar on “Female Health- Food and Nutrition”
• Gender Sensitisation Workshop &Seminar on Empowerment of women
• Seminar on “Criminal Law Amendments Ordinance Act” & Seminar on Cyber Crime
