AN INDUSTRY INTERFACE

The Placement Cell ‘Kshitij’ of Faculty of Commerce was established with a view to provide close links with industries.  It offers the recruiters an access to talented minds. The institute has developed a placement cell for conducting the unique placement process, striving for a best fit between the students and the companies and helps both these stakeholders make informed choices. It also provides students with employment opportunities, career counselling and valuable career development services, including Resume writing, Interview preparation, mock aptitude tests, Employer information and Recruiting sessions, thus grooming students to confidently step into the corporate world. The Placement cell gets involved in the process right from identifying the corporate houses to corporate interactions throughout the year, and the pre-placement talks thereafter, to co-coordinating activities during placement days.

It invites applications and prepares the students for interviews. Many reputed companies conduct campus interviews every year. The Institute arranges the following special ‘Career Enrichment Workshops’ which help the students in recruitments in reputed companies and government organizations.
