Dr. Bhavin Bhatt has around 20 years of academic experience in the subjects of Accountancy, Taxation, and Commerce. He has done his doctorate in the subject of “An Analysis of Capital Structure of a Public Limited Company – Nirma Limited”. He has attended many state, national and international seminars and presented papers. He is also a Ph.D. guide at GLS UNIVERSITY’s School of Doctoral Research and Innovation. He has also provided services as a resource person/ subject expert at Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for more than 10 years. He has co-authored many books for graduate students.
